Alder fly Barbless
The alder fly appears late spring and early summer on many rivers and streams and trout will feed on the larvae as they move towards the shore. This alder fishing fly is an excellent wet fly imitation of the alder fly and we have had some fantastic results using this fly pattern when fish are feeding on the naturals. Alder fishing flies are great on still waters and rivers and these wet flies will sink nicely beneath the surface hopefully proving irresistible to feeding trout.
New photo of the barbless version coming soon.
