Chub flies

The chub will take a fly as eagerly as a trout. The great thing about chub is they will also take big foam flies which are fun to fish with and easy to see. Beetles, wasps, grasshoppers and caterpillars all make fantastic chub flies. Czech nymphs and hares ear type grubs also make excellent flies for chub too.
