Returning An Item
Returns (14 days)
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days. We will provide a full refund once the goods are returned in their original, unused condition.
Return postage
• If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return postage.
• For all other returns (for example change of mind, wrong size or unwanted), the buyer pays the return postage and should use a signed-for service and provide the tracking number.
Christmas returns
Orders placed in December can be returned by contacting us before 10 January.

Shipping Information.
We currently ship to the UK only. (We only ship flies and small accessories to Northern Ireland and cannot ship parcels)
DISPATCH TIME / SAME DAY / SPECIAL DISPATCH / QUICK DISPATCH
The dispatch time is indicated on each product. For standard items, same day dispatch is available for items ordered before 2pm Mon - Fri. Special dispatch orders are tied to order or ordered from our suppliers warehouse and are not held in stock. Special dispatch items are all subject to availability, if we cannot source your item, you will be offered a refund or substitute. Quick Dispatch Items are shipped within 3 working days.
An estimate of dispatch time is indicated on all products.
IF YOU ORDER A MIX OF IN STOCK & SPECIAL DISPATCH ITEMS
If your order consists of a mix of "same day" and "special-dispatch" or "quick dispatch" items, we will wait until all of your order is ready. This means that the whole package will normally be shipped in 3-7 working days even if it contains "same day shipping" items.

- Shipping is available to UK mainland addresses only
- Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and bank holidays
- Some high-value orders may be upgraded to a courier service at no extra cost
- Timed delivery services are not offered at checkout
