The river Wharfe is probably the most well known river in the Yorkshire area and flows through much of the Yorkshire area before joining the Ouse. There are extensive fly fishing opportunties throughout the length of the river, much of it available on a day ticket.
The river Wharfe is in the heartland of traditional North Country Spider fishing for the Wild Brown Trout & Grayling which populate it's reaches. Flies for the river Wharfe can be varied with spiders, nymphs and dries all taking fish.
