On Monday 11th May, we will be migrating our loyalty rewards system from Smile through to in-house rewards. Points will no longer accrue through Smile and loyalty vouchers will be emailed directly from us to you. Just like Smile, you will need to be logged in to your account when you place an order to benefit from rewards. Please make sure you use any Smile rewards before Monday the 11th May as after this date the Smile system will no longer be available through the website.
Why Are We Moving?
We've spent some time analysing website use over the last couple of weeks, and very few customers used the Smile system. We have also found the Smile system takes up valuable space on mobiles and we are keen to improve the experience on mobile devices. We feel that emailing loyalty vouchers directly will mean more customers benefit from rewards and enhanced shopping experiences on mobiles.
Do I need to enrol in the new loyalty scheme?
No. You do not need to do anything to enrol in the new loyalty scheme. If you have an account with our shop, you will be automatically registered and will receive reward vouchers by email in a similar fashion to the Smile rewards system.
