The washing line is an incredibly effective method for fly fishing still waters, especially our larger trout reservoirs. Normally a longish leader of around 18-20ft is fished with the foam fly on the point and a dropper every 5 feet or so with a nymph or buzzer hanging down. This selection contains some of the most popular washing lines flies and includes everything you need to start fly fishing this exciting method!
