  • “Fishing Owners”: The third-party owners and operators of the fishing locations, whose details are provided in your booking confirmation email.

2. Booking and Information

  • Our Service acts solely as an intermediary booking platform. We do not own, operate, or control the fishing locations or related facilities.
  • The details of the Fishing Owners, including contact information and any risk assessments, will be provided to you in the booking confirmation email.
  • It is your responsibility to contact the relevant Fishing Owner to obtain and review any risk assessments, guidelines, or additional safety information before participating in the activity.
  • You must also obey all rules, guidelines, and instructions outlined by the Fishing Owners.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All activities associated with recreational fishing are conducted at your own risk.
  • You are solely responsible for assessing your personal fitness and determining whether you are capable of safely participating in the activity.
  • You must take all necessary safety precautions, including but not limited to wearing appropriate buoyancy aids, eye protection, and any other equipment recommended for safe fishing and wading.
  • You should only engage in fishing and wading within your physical limits.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law:

  • We disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, or death incurred by you or any third party as a result of participating in recreational fishing activities booked through our Service.
  • You expressly waive any right to bring legal action against us for any loss, damage, injury, or death, regardless of whether such incident arises from the actions or negligence of the Fishing Owners or otherwise.
  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through our Service or in booking communications. Any reliance on such information is strictly at your own risk.

  • Under no circumstances shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the Service.
