The Red Beaded Quad Bloodworm is a versatile, stillwater chironomid-larva pattern with multiple flexible red strands and a bead for depth. Natural bloodworms live in soft sediment, where their haemoglobin-rich bodies give them the familiar red colour.
Fish it close to the bottom beneath an indicator or with a slow pull-and-pause retrieve. Give it time at the right depth and be ready for the rod to lock up.
