A cracking beetle pattern. We've used Semperfli synthetic peacock herl and struggle legs for a lovely buggy body. A foam back and the addition of a CDC post to help support this fly in the surface film. Awesome for both stillwater and river. Tied on a super strong barbless Ahrex hook for maximum quality and strength!

Used once had a bite but it got away ,so they are promising will try again when I have more time. Happy with the way they look. And have no complaints .

Got a rainbow and a wild brown trout this fly and lost a really good tiger which got close in and took off like a steam train and snapped my leader

Have used it last season. A winner in every way, smooth or windy waters trout always 'on the take!'
