The barbless corixa refers generally to the water boatman common on still water through out the UK. Through the summer months these will be present in large numbers and this fishing fly is a fantastic imitation. When the trout are feeding on corixa exclusively then this trout fly will be a great asset to your box. Corixa trout flies are often fished in the shallow weedy water where the cruising trout are waiting for an easy meal.
