The freshwater shrimp can be one of the main sources of food for trout and grayling. We wanted a Euro-style nymph with a heavy tungsten bead that would imitate shrimp and caddis larvae and get down to the feeding zone. We have slimmed down the body and tied this on a #14 jig hook enabling easy casting on your Euro outfit This is a monster grayling fly responsible for some serious catches on the Euro set-up!
Looking forward to the start of the season, a bit longer in Yorkshire. If they fish as good as they look should be spot on
