The Red Eyes Damsel is a brilliant, olive stillwater damsel pattern with a contrasting red bead tied just behind the mobile hackle. The bead provides a focused colour trigger, while the flowing body and hackle create movement during the retrieve and pauses.
Fish it around weed beds and margins on a floating or intermediate line. Use a slow figure-of-eight or short pulls with deliberate pauses. An excellent fish catcher - vary the retrieve and be ready for a decisive hit.
