The JJ Hothead Damsel Barbless Size 10 is a brilliant, stillwater damsel nymph with a visible hot-head trigger and mobile marabou. Damselfly nymphs are most active around weed and margins, with movement towards emergence becoming especially relevant in late spring and summer.
Fish it on a floating or intermediate line around weed beds, reeds and shallow shelves. Use a slow figure-of-eight or short pulls with pauses, allowing the marabou to breathe. An excellent fish catcher - vary the retrieve and be ready for a decisive hit.
