Epoxy Buzzers
Epoxy buzzer fishing flies are imitations of the midge pupa, which is present in virtually all bodies of waters. Epoxy buzzers are hard wearing flies that will sink and they can be fished on either a floating or sinking line. Epoxy buzzers are normally fished on still waters although they can be effective river flies too when the midges are hatching in deep slow pools. Epoxy buzzer flies are usually fished very slowly in order to imitate the slow natural pulses of the midge pupa in real life as it propels itself slowly towards the surface. Epoxy buzzer fly patterns are an essential addition to your fly box!
